Music For Calming Stress
Have you ever noticed how music can change your mood in seconds, often taking you back to places you were when you heard a particular song, the feelings you had at the time, the memories associated with it. Turning on your favorite song is a wonderful way of easing you out of a stressful mood. The use of music to treat anxiety, stress and depression has been found to be very effective. It is a medicine that is freely available and alters the state of mind without ingesting any chemicals. So go ahead, turn it on, turn it up and sing along to let go of that stress!
